In response to the comment on my review, I was never quoted any cost for pickup and delivery of the computer, it was explained as a more economic way to get things done. I was told right before the computer was returned that the time spent was one hour (charge, $35). At the time I questioned an hour and a half to copy files, I was told that was an error and should be changed to 1/2 hour (charge, $17.50). That's what i paid because that is what was agreed upon. In the end, the issue with my computer was not memory at all and that did not fix the problem so it would have been more money wasted doing that.
