After my wife accidentally upended most of her latte all over my laptop, we found Adam here on Yelp and rushed the sticky-sweet, caffeinated motherboard over to him. Man, we were luck to find this shop. Adam gave me a fair evaluation of the situation and several options, was quick to contact me with updates and helpful suggestions (e.g., a Black Friday sale in case I wanted to grab a new laptop for him to clone my old one onto) and took care of everything for me. Since we were visiting from out of town, I took the simplest option, but Adam would gladly have done more for me and gotten it done quickly and with a friendly demeanor. My computer was not connecting to the internet and went in. Offered me a refurbished computer for an amazing price and this computer is 100 times faster than the brand new one I bought at Walmart less than 6 months ago. Transferred all of my files to the new computer within hours and was able to pick it up the same day. If you are looking to get your old computer fixed or need a different one completely 10/10 would recommend, and I will definitely be back for any computer hardware or any software help I need in the future. I was in need of a screen replaced on an older laptop. I made the mistake of trying Geek Squad in town. They wanted to charge me to diagnose the issue and pay to ship it off for repair. I found Pueblo Computer Help & Repair on a google search and decided to try someone local. I am so happy that I did! Adam was amazing! Wow that guy was great. I called them telling them my problem and how I did not want to drive over there to fix it really. Joe came on the phone and said that there may be a couple of tricks to solve my wifi problem on my laptop. After about 10 minutes I had wifi on my computer. Brang in my desktop and they dusted it out. I had no idea it was that bad on the inside. The helped me understand how my motherboard was bad and gave me a variety of options to work with. Came in to replace my screen. Everyone was quoting me around a week until they get to it. Here they said they had a used part in stock and had it finished within two hours on the same day. The computer came back looking cleaner than it was too. If I have any issues I will definitely be going back. read more

All I asked this "tech" to do on my laptop is to get a stripped screw out of the back-plate and replace the hinge, that I provided. When I got my machine back he had completely stripped the screw and somehow got it UNDER the back-plate. The next thing he did was attempt to install my replacement hinge and told me that it was just going to break again because he did not tighten it. Third thing, he used super cheap glue and made the glue run all down the back part of the hinges. Lastly, the "tech" proceeded to tell me that he "specialized" in speeding up computers. When I got home with my laptop and turned it on not only did it run slower than before but he loaded it to the brim with bloatware and logos/images of his own, did not inform me of such changes, and he uninstalled the software used to change the boot screen and etc. The machine that I entrusted him with had never crashed or had any problems until he touched it and flooded it with his bloatware. read more
