The staff was friendly and suggested that we return at 1pm as they were busy and would be closing early for the holiday. We met Mary who was most helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. After 90 minutes we had chosen the new flooring, shower tile, sink style, and counter tops for our 2 bathrooms. Tile Market has an an extensive inventory to choose from, and I cannot stress enough how great Mary was in guiding us with our selections. I cannot comment on price because our bathrooms need to be measured, however I have no issue paying for value. We literally walked all around the store for a half hour with sales associates walking by the entire time - all ignoring us. Not so much as a welcome - someone can help you in just a bit. Or even eye contact for that matter. I finally asked a question of one of the associates who walked into the aisle with another sales person. She's answered curtly with a "no," and walked off. With that, my husband (who was milling about in another aisle) said, "no one wants to wait on you." Kidding - not kidding me and said let's go - I'm not buying anything here. There were at least five or six sales associates waiting on one customer. We walked out. I'm returning to my fantastic store in my previous home town. It will be worth the three hour drive after experiencing this shop.
