I walked in, asked if they could do the design I wanted, and they said they could. Once I sat down I had to have them change the color multiple times. They were acting condescending because I spoke up and mentioned that the color is not what I asked. Then they said that they didn't charge me for some flowers that I wanted and claimed to give me a refund for the $175 i paid, so they charged me for another $200. I mentioned that I wanted a flower design and they said it was okay until I sat down into the chair and the kept commenting on the amount of flowers that I PAID EXTRA FOR.. In the end they ended up CHARGING ME $400 mediocre mani pedi. I also asked if they could use builder gel to make the flowers, they informed me that they don't have builder gel, then proceeded to use builder gel on only two nails. The tips don't even fit on my nails correctly and they lied about giving me a refund!!! Charged me $175 then $200 almost $400 in total. They thought that because I was white I couldn't understand them speaking about me negatively.. will not be returning. My experience started slow to getting the type of acrylic nails I wanted. I was looking for ombré white and pink. I went through 3 tech's. I think it was more the communication and skill of the previous tech's. Once I was able to express what I wanted I was given a new tech named Jessica. She is only available on Sunday's. She is amazing! I'm happy that I was patient and through it all no discounts even I was not happy. It's ok I finally got there. I took my daughter here tonight for a fill. And was told they were too old and that she had to get a full set even though they were not too old and they even struggled to get off the acrylic off because the previous nails were so strong. She wanted coffin nails which is an extra charge they are not coffin shape. Much too short than desired. She had a beautiful shape and length before and simply one of them filled. Got a gel pedicure and picked a picture of a flower on the toe from their Instagram, the man (think his name is Bill) didn't know how to do it and seemed pretty confused. A lady came over and did it for him. Thats fine. But it was phoned in, Definitely didn't have the nice details that the picture from their instagram did Then for my manicure, I brought over 4 pastel colors I showed him a picture of a French manicure done in pastel tips. I told him not to cut my nails too short. My thumb nails are beyond short after this manicure. I Had short nails anyways, but the skin that is normally under my nail is showing, like the lip of skin that holds the nail is out on both thumbs. And it hurts. I've never had anyone cut them that short. Well every time he put the light on my hands he would hit my nails, so obviously this would mess them up. He'd see them after and told me I had to be careful but I told him it was when he was doing the light. But he seemed extremely rushed and he kept doing this. Then I started noticing he was only painting my fingers one color, this was pointed out to him by my friend and she showed him the picture again and he sat back so confused. So my friend explained it several times I just wanted a French manicure with these pastel colors on the tips. Well at this point he was pretty flustered. He got nail polish on my hands a lot, knocked over the polish and then he began to cut the skin to take off the excess polish. I flinched because he hurt me twice. He got way too deep into my skin. My pinky where he did this is swollen this morning (day after manicure) And he had an extremely hard time making a simple white daisy like flower on my fingers, it's pretty sloppy. When I went to go pay with my card he kept telling me next time you bring cash. Next time bring cash. Ugh. Sorry there won't be a next time for me. At least my friend had a good experience and all the other people there seemed to be happy with the ladies working on them but Bill seemed confused, flustered and hurried and it made a day that I only can afford once in a great while uncomfortable and now I'm in pain pictures are of my swollen pinky on the side and how short my thumb nails are. Toes are good. I didn't think it was that complicated of designs but apparently it was. So so disappointed with the experience. read more

The pedicure was fantastic, the manicure is where it all begins to fall apart. The nail tech cut my thumb after I requested that she not remove my cuticles at the base of my nail. Also, she barely left me with any skin around nails. Once it came time to paint my nails, the final product speaks for itself. The photos hardly do it any justice. It's just bad. It's a typical set up with lots of chairs in one room and a few over seeing what everyone is doing. I'd return. Why three stars. First the place was nothing special and didn't make me feel special. I came here yesterday for a pedicure. There are some pedicures that are better than others but this by far was the worst. The tech was in such a rush she only spent 20 minutes with me. She never even put my feet in the bowl of water until the very end, after she had trimmed the toes, etc. The tech did the least amount possible. The nails aren't even the same length she did not shape them good I told her I wanted one rhinestone on six nails does not tell me she's charging me $15 for six rhinestones they charge a fee for shaping your nails first set of nails you have to shape no matter what so at the end $71 before tip. It was mother's day weekend so I took my mom to the salon. The interior design was cute. Customer service was great and I feel very welcoming. I was greeted by Hung who did my nails. At first, I was iffy about a guy doing my nails but I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Hung listened to what I wanted and I was satisfy with the outcome. My toes and fingers were cute and simple. Worst experience ever! First they cut my toe and my daughters finger! Then they left my daughters fingernails all jagged and uneven looking. At the end they told me the price was literally twice as much as what they have posted on their price list posted on the wall. When I asked why they argued with me and kept demanding I pay $45 instead of $22 which is what was listed. I asked to see their license so I could report them and they refused to produce it so I left. I will be contacting state board first thing Monday. This was inexcusable! read more
