We had talked to village pre-covid time frame so we returned. We were sent several samples by their suppliers and our selection was non stock and had to be ordered. Was promptly scheduled for installation upon arriving at Village. The men showed up at 10am and was completed at 4:15pm. They moved the heavy furniture and repositioned it upon completion. Normally quite critical of buisnesses in the area when a customer should get what they pay for. These installers worked hard. Pulled the old carpet and pad, put down new pad and installed new carpet in 6 hours. Much praise and gratitude to these men. They do 90% of village installs. Rest assured, these guys have the skills, experience and work ethic to get your floors in new condition in no time. Wife LOVES the new carpet!!

Children moved out and getting ready to sell the house, the installers did NOT remove the padding upstairs in the bedrooms! I called and reported it and the fella I spoke with could care less. The padding that was not pulled up is from the 70's from the pictures I posted you can see some of the mess I have on my hands. I would not buy carpet, I wouldn't trust the installers and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau.

He missed the appointment. Hours later, he texted an excuse saying he would come the next evening. He said he got "stuck" on another job. Apparently, he is disorganized, lacking consideration for others' time, and forgetful of his obligations. When he did respond to my texts, he said he didnt care (careless), he had plenty of work.
