During this time I unfortunately missed the lower interest rates window which I was very clear to him that I was trying to make. To make matters even worse, once me lender reviewed the docs I sent Chris and his team an email 48 hours later with the final update and asking if they could please let me know when I could recieve the documents. 2 weeks later and no word from Chris. I texted his personal email the day before taxes are due I am so upset. Will not be working with him again, he is unable to schedule his time properly and can not be trusted for delivering in a proper and professional manner. I am really bummed this happened. This last year 2019 I got my taxes done by David Lara like I have done for years, but this time he made an error by putting someone else's account and routing number and sending it to a bank that we do not bank with. David denied any error on his part of course but gave my wife and me a verbal consent that he would pay us out of his pocket until we resolve the issue. Then the day came when he was going to give us the money and he put his mommy on the phone saying that they are breaking the verbal agreement and that we can sue them because they are covered or insured by their bond. They denied any support to help us recover the money. To this day they have not attempted to reach out and we still have not recovered the money and also lost all the stimulus payments.
