Congratulations on earning the first negative review I have ever left! We booked a 55 person bus…read morefor a bar crawl on 12/13/25. The bus did not show up at the scheduled time. When we called, the dispatcher realized that they had mistakenly booked the bus for the next day (An honest mistake based on the comments they put in the invoice however we had agreed on the 13th and had multiple emails stating that). The dispatcher was very helpful in the matter and was able to get us two 30 person buses to our location 2 hours after our scheduled departure so that the day was not completely ruined and we appreciated that. That alone would not have garnered a negative review from me, I get it, mistakes happen; but how you respond to those mistakes is what matters. So when I called during the week to hopefully get some form of reim or at the very least an official apology for the mistake, I was ignored! Five texts left on 'read', multiple calls not returned, multiple emails not replied to. Not once did I yell at anyone or give anyone a hard time, I simply stated that we did not receive the service that we paid for and I was hoping for some sort of refund or compensation for the trouble. Complete radio silence from the company. I don't understand what I did to earn such a disrespectful unprofessional (non) response. Be cautious to anyone considering this company, they use Zelle for their transactions and so when they make a mistake you have no way to get your money back and they refuse to take accountability for their mistakes.

However, this experience went beyond my expectations. We did the 8:30-11:30 tour, and was grouped with about 10 other people. The locations are large, and there was enough space for individual investigation at each location. I actually found the most incredible evidence when we investigated as a group by asking questions together using a spirit box. Clinton, our guide, was genial & knowledgable. The locations to drive to were not too far, and driving in the dark was a lot of fun! We were given a run down of all the devices we could use, and I had no issues wanting to use whatever equipment I wanted at the locations despite there being many people. I would definitely book again with this company. Well worth the money for three hours, and able to go to locations with so much history we wouldn't have otherwise known about.

To respond to reviews posted over nine months ago by accusing honest reviewers of being "competitors" and implying that we didn't take the tour because she can't find our names in her tour list FROM OVER NINE MONTHS AGO is ridiculous, immature, and unprofessional. If you read almost any review that gives less than 5 stars, there are accusations from the manager of us not being actual customers. I encourage everyone to read those responses and decide if this is a business you truly want to support. To prove I was on the tour, SPOILER ALERT, the "Brooke" entity is at the Eisenhower Bridge and was supposedly murdered, according to Clinton - although, research found no documentation of this incident. Also, if the company has exclusive access to 54 acres that are next to the battlefield, then why did we set up on a picnic table under the shelter just to listen to ghost stories? We were only permitted to walk around the trail that borders the dog park and I assure you, that area was NOT 54 acres.

I'd driven past it countless times over the last few years but either didn't have enough time to stop or couldn't convince anyone else to stop with me. During my Lancaster Adventure Day, though, all of that changed. I purchased a Single Scoop ticket online ahead of time for $16.75 and reserved the very first time slot of the day at 10am. I figured a late-summer Thursday morning would be the sweet spot, and it turned out to be a great decision. It was busy enough that the place felt lively but not so crowded that I had to wait for every exhibit. Parking was plentiful, and I somehow managed to snag a spot right in front of the GIANT cow out front. Honestly, my day was already off to a fantastic start! The only hiccup of the visit came during check-in. Even though I'd already purchased my ticket online, I still had to wait in the same line as everyone buying gift shop items, purchasing admission and asking questions. Since there were only a two employees working both the registers and admissions, the line moved a little slower than I expected. If I could change one thing, it would be creating a separate express check-in line for folks who already have tickets. Once I finally made it inside, though, everything became easy peasy! The exhibits are completely self-guided, so you can wander at your own pace learning how Turkey Hill makes its ice cream and iced tea while playing with interactive displays along the way. One of my favorite parts was creating my own virtual ice cream flavor, complete with custom packaging. I also wanted to film my own Turkey Hill commercial, but those stations stayed busy the entire time I was there, so that'll have to wait until another visit. Naturally, I made a beeline for the tea sampling station. As someone who appreciates sugar-free options, I was thrilled to find both Zero Sugar Sweet Tea and Zero Sugar Fruit Punch available to sample. Both were fantastic! Then it was time for the part we'd all been waiting for...unlimited ice cream samples. One thing I really appreciated is that they weren't tiny little "blink and it's gone" samples. You picked two flavors, and they served actual scoops in a bowl. For an attraction centered around ice cream, that felt exactly right. My only tiny complaint? Wooden popsicle sticks instead of spoons. They definitely got the job done, but they made eating melting ice cream a little more awkward than it needed to be. Still...free and unlimited ice cream? I'm not about to complain too loudly! I spent about an hour wandering through the exhibits, playing with the interactive displays and enjoying the air conditioning on a hot August morning before making one final stop in the gift shop. Prices there were about what you'd expect for a tourist attraction, but there were plenty of fun souvenirs if you're looking to bring a little Turkey Hill home with you. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend visiting the Turkey Hill Experience at least once. I don't know that it's somewhere I'd return over and over again, but it was a fun, interactive way to spend an hour learning something new, eating entirely acceptable quantities of free ice cream and escaping the August heat. That sounds like a pretty successful adventure day to me!

Suzie led us off the beaten path doing about 25 to 30 miles a day which was fantastic. We saw so many interesting things old castles, the beautiful Keukenhof gardens and had a very interesting time visiting historical places. Food on the boat floor was great two meals a day and then a spread of sandwich making to take on our bikes for lunch. All of the bikes were brand new both regular 23 speed and electric bike bikes. No issues at all with the equipment. I will continue doing tours with Bike and the Like as long as Suzie is leading these wonderful reasonably priced excursions. I was very upset to see the one review that was so negative about this company. I never once felt that Suzie was lost in our travels. She did stop several times to look at her maps to make sure we weren't missing something. I never once felt that she was scattered or that we had to walk any long distances we did not want to. She did offer several walking to her that were longer than I felt I could do, but that was fine. I found something else to do. We always know where we're going to meet and never lost.

Suzie was rude, chaotic and unpredictable. There were no cue sheets, GPS routes nothing. Totally follow the leader which was awful and the ride AVG MPH was slower than noted. We finally convinced them to split the 2 groups ( faster/slower) and it improved a bit. The places we saw were really nice and they did pivot for bad weather. I think its time for Susie and Ridger to retire and update their tech (which they hate) to 2026.
