Can't say enough about the construction and service. With construction they are a one shop stop. They did the design, did the pool and contracted the plumbing and electrical. Originally was using a different company and that company required me to get the permits and find my own electrician and plumber. Ken and Lisa from KD poolscapes took care of it all as they knew what was best for their product. As for service they are timely and get the job done promptly. The guys that do the maintenance and service are always polite and professional and clean. I wouldn't let anyone else touch my pool. read more

Buyer beware, concrete work cracked at each coping joint all the way across each slab. Now the pool fence has loosened off the cap stone. Very poor quality for the amount of money spent. read more

We had Kenosha pool and Spa install an inground pool in 2004. The contractor made no effort to protect the pool from groundwater in our heavy clay soil. To our dismay, ground water lifted our liner and when the water drained, the liner settled with numerous wrinkles along our pool bottom! Some of the wrinkles were 4 inches long running the width of our pool and trapped debris. The original contractor had no solution to the problem and left us hanging. Ken at KD Poolscapes put in a drain system to insure that ground water does not get trapped under our liner. He also repaired an auto pool cover that we pretty much gave up on. KD poolscapes showed up in a timely manner and were very professional. They took care of a number of ailments from pool lighting, liner replacement to broken drain. I had a client that used KD Poolscapes for a pool inspection as part of a home sale. Ken seemed to be fairly thorough. At the end of the inspection he asked my client if he wanted a full written report with pictures or if the walk through was sufficient. My client said the walkthrough was enough. Turns out my client wanted to use a couple of defects found in the inspection to get out of the contract. They provided a quote for the repair needed but when asked about simply listing the defects he found on paper (not a full report) the owner absolutely lost it and started screaming and cursing and throwing a tantrum about how he was only paid for the walk through and not the full report. We were not requesting a full report simply the 3 defects found in writing. I was nothing but polite in my request. I deal with contractors on a daily basis and I've never had a problem with this type of request and I have certainly never been treated this way. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had. I will not be reccomending KD Poolscapes to any of my clients in the future. read more
