So much so that when I knew I would be moving into a new home in a retirement community west of Boston, I knew it was time to buy two nightstands to go with the bed. The Memorial Day Sale mailing made it happen. Fast forward to move-in date here where I discovered to my dismay that the wall for the bed wasn't wide enough to accommodate the new, as yet undelivered, nightstands! Scrambling th the help of my niece, I found two others on their website that would work. But would Pompanoosuc Mills honor an exchange of two custom made nightstands for these different ones? They would! Understandably they voiced a wish I'd realized this sooner--as did I, of course. The new nightstands won't be delivered until the first of the new year. But that is a very small price to pay for being able to deal with a company that has truly bent over backwards to keep a customer happy.
