When I arrived home after being a couple of months out of town to find the shower had developed a significant mildew issue from a drip, I knew there was no way I would be able to tackle it myself given my bad back. They were efficient in all the email exchanges with my questions and I was able to quickly get an appointment. Jessica was fantastic....friendly and professional and she did an absolutely amazing job. She deep cleaned the shower, cleaned a three-season porch and did a couple of other jobs I had been putting off because of my back. Everything was immaculate! I didn't order the cleaning services for myself but for a sick family member; my cousin who had not previously utilized residential cleaning services with any frequency. I coordinated cleaning services with another firm a few weeks ago and it turned out bad...their "deep cleaning" was shallow at best. Yelitza is my cleaning tech and always does a great job. I work from home, so she always cleans the office first so I can get back to work while she finishes cleaning the rest of the house. Monday afternoon I received a call from the office saying they were booked on Wednesday (my usual cleaning day) and if they can come on Tuesday, which worked out fine and I actual prefer!
