After using Kearney Eye, im on my way back to the old office quick and in a hurry. Everytime I come here, one of the members of the staff- dont know or care what she does - is the rudest thing to deal with. Luckily shes not a receptionist that represents the company because she would turn clients off completely. She tries to make you feel dumb for asking questions most of us dont know the answer to or she mansplains it. Last time I was here, she was the most insensitive person in the building, probably the only insensitive one. My child was upset and all we got was this callous human being. Leanne could benefit GREATLY from sensitivity training or just basic human decency. The receptionists are usually very sweet but her demeanor overshadows everything else i like about this place. It's a shame

Billing person was rude when I called. This is the way they do it she said. I have gone there for a long time. Won't go back. Finding new vision center!

She never asked if I had any questions or concerns. I pointed out a dark spot on the white of my eye, which she never mentioned. "Oh that is nothing" was her response...nothing more! She never mentioned a weak spot on my retina, which different doctors have all noted for 15 years. When I asked her about it, she said she didn't see anything. This was the worst eye exam I ever had. Would not recommend this optometrist.

Wearing my old glasses was such a relief that I went somewhere else and got a second opinion. Turns out that I didn't even need the new glasses! Don't go to Exact Eyecare, they will waste your money on glasses you don't need!

Mandy is a great doctor, but the front office staff got my husband's contacts incorrect three different times! They also "forgot" to mention that they didn't take my insurance when I came in for a five minute check on my bloodshot eye. When I called in to talk about the bill the office manager, Misti then threatened to turn my bill over to county clerk the day I got it in the mail! She was very rude and condescending over the phone. Very unprofessional and poorly trained. Will NEVER return. Since then I have had over 15 other people with complaints about office staff and office manager. Not a one time/one person issue.

Dr. Christman is wonderful. He really enjoys his profession. He is personable, cheerful, and keeps…read moreup with issues in his field. He is a bit of a science geek, so he understands and can explain what he does. He his happy to describe how his tools, tests, and our prescriptions work. Once, when I took my daughter to pick up new glasses, a playmate tagged along. The girl mentioned that she was color blind, so Dr. Christman gave her a color exam on the spot. It was fascinating for all of us. Her family optometrist hadn't believed she could not see a difference between reds and greens, and made her cry.
