Little did I know that was only the beginning. I bought a 2004 Land Rover, with a warranty on the engine, that they installed themselves to make it even better, and the Rover is not drivable 3 weeks after buying it from them. The device engine light began going off a couple weeks after getting it home and it began to shake, I did not feel safe in it. I bought the vehicle knowing it would need some work eventually, but didn't imagine it would be 2 weeks after buying it. The sales manager Tom, has no idea what he's talking about only wants your money. After speaking with the owner, Tad Olsen, about the problem we were in, he made sure to remind me it is my car and my problem but hey he would be willing to look at the car i bought from him 2 weeks before without charging me a diagnostic fee, let's not forget the engine had a warranty and was installed by his staff. And it would have to be towed there on my dime. He went as far questioning ME during our conversation and at one point told me to "shut my mouth". The lack of customer service and people skill is ridiculous. They sell nothing but lemons. Do not waste your time or your money. I will be contacting the BBB.

Took it to deters and put the parts in and labor for the door came out 1,100 and with a warranty so two weeks before warranty was out the door broke same thing fixed but charged me for parts cause they said that it was something different that caused it . (water was getting in the door some how ) you would think they would seal it and fix and send me on my way . So just yesterday same thing happen either they don't know what the heck there doing there just being neglectful and not fixing it right . after spending 2100 .0 they would think they say bring it in this is on us . No not the case ! Taking advantage of the elderly and the disabled !! Don't go there is the worst place I have ever delt with and have been on this earth 55 yrs.
