They said bring it in and we'll have a look. They worked from late morning until 7 PM the first night in order to fix an oil cooling tube! They had to send away for the part and then made the aftermarket metal part fit the former rubber tube. Before I even had the chance to call Richter & Sons to cancel, they towed it to their business. I had to call them and ask where it was. It cost me $242.69 for them to tow it a mile or less. Yes, I approved the estimate to tow, but I had not paid the invoice before they towed it. I was really pissed off once I found where they parked my travel trailer. In the mud vs. gravel or concrete. They broke the part you pull out to empty one of the tanks, and how the heck were they even able to tow it when the stairs were not put away. I did not give them a key. The stairs fold up and go inside the RV when it is moved. Rude, no communication, and it's all about the money. Do not recommend this business!
