I visited only because I did a permanent volksmarch (hike) in Gau-Algesheim and Schlemmer House sold me my start card. That's how the process begins, they take their little ball of dough, flatten it out and slap it in a press real quick, run it through a quick oven deal, then start carving the meat and donning it with all the goodies.
