As someone who knows the local culinary culture well, I can confidently say that what they are serving is NOT 'Denizli Kebab'. Authentic Denizli kebab is strictly slow-roasted in a traditional stone oven, but this place cooks their meat in a pit (tandır) and falsely advertises it as the real deal.
False advertising aside, the service is absolutely abysmal. When our food arrived, the meat was ice-cold, and the accompanying mezes were poorly prepared and tasteless. To make matters worse, it is not cheap at all. We paid a very high price for this awful experience, and it was a complete waste of money. Do not be fooled by their fake high ratings or sponsored posts--stay away!
