When the driver (Stacy) came back, she was openly irritated with my daughter, saying something to the effect of "really, you didn't hear me with the dogs barking?" in a sharp, condescending tone. When I called to ask for an apology to my daughter, the driver was combative with me too, focused on how long the delivery had taken her, even though I hadn't ordered it and had no way to anticipate the timing.
