If I could give ZERO stars I would. From tenants not paying rent (and Kennan Property not noticing) to tenants leaving without Kennan Property even realizing they have been a disaster. My current tenant has come to the end of their lease they have been fantastic tenants and gave the full month notice, I received an email from Rachel in Kennan properties to tell me and she said someone would be in contact, a week went by nothing, I emailed and received no response, I emailed again at the end of the week no response, another week went by now I've less than 3 weeks to the end of the lease finally I emailed all contacts I knew in Kennan to get a response, I finally did and spoke to a ridiculous man named Vikas, who told me "professional people don't like to view apartments when a tenant is still living in it so we won't advertise the property until they've moved out!" SAY WHAT!?!?!?! He then informed me (now that nearly two weeks have passed) that I need a BER cert, something I was unaware of because I live out of the country, I asked why he hadn't started this two weeks ago when we heard about the lease ending, his response was no response. I asked him to organize it he said it would take 1 week - 10 days to get the cert, when I got back to him after two weeks he said "no one had been out as appointments had been canceled and people are very busy" NOW WE ARE AT THE END OF THE LEASE. OBVIOUSLY I decided to change agencies, when I asked for my keys back... I was informed by Rachel, "We don't keep a set of keys in the office, the tenants have both sets, we have none!" The final straw was when they said I had to do the final move out inspection because my contract ended with them on the 23rd November, to be clear it's still only the 22nd November and yet they are not doing the final inspection. When I asked them to send me the move in inspection...yep you guessed it...no response, because let's be honest they didn't do one. If you want your property to be in completely unsafe hands, if you want to know that in case of an emergency no one will be able to access your property, if you want to ensure that you will lose rent...then Kennan Property is the place for you. Just avoid. Unprofessional management company that doesn't care about its customers and don't even care about basic things, like lifts, cleaning, etc. I don't know how they are still in business. read more
