Keep Events is a 10+ in my book. i had a backyard birthday party and I needed tables and chairs. I called Jorge and was pleased with the price quoted and the delivery price was very reasonable so I booked the date. The delivery date came and it was terribly windy which caused him to not be able to keep the original delivery time. I was never so impressed with customer service as I was that day. Jorge kept in contact with me all through the day to let me know where I was on the list. I know that weather can cause those types of problems especially when you are trying to put up bounce houses in the wind. Nevertheless, they were extremely professional and great to deal with. Not to mention I had to keep changing my order and he never gave me a hard time; he was extremely kind and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone I know that needs his type of services.
