They were great with communicating when they were coming and even brought us the stuff the day before the party. The guy who set it up was patient as the little kids followed him around asking a million questions and he didn't get annoyed. The bounce house was clean and well maintained. The tables and chairs worked, but they were a little dirty (one had juice spilled on it when we opened it). Wiping them down wasn't a big deal but that would be my only complaint. Otherwise this will be our go to place for future parties! My son will be 10 soon and we are already looking at which bounce house to rent.

As soon as it was setup they immediately sanitized it with commercial grade disinfectant. Vacuumed all and any debris and filled it up with air and water. It was time. When the children arrived they were in awe and ready to have fun. This thing was enormous. We also rented tables and chairs from them. They were punctual, friendly, and gave us clear instructions about safety. They offered an open line of communication in case we had any issues. It was a pleasure and a good experience. They are family owned and operated. All the children played in it and the entire day was not wasted. They were in it from 7am to 8pm having a blast!
