Front and back with free to play arcade games means you can make a bit of time of it, hit the nearby brunch then wander down either memory or fandom lanes. A good showing here and well curated that shows they get it, without seeming like they're "too" interested in the odd hyper price hike cash grab in the space in some of the fandom frenzy areas. Pleasant surprise for a very simple expectation on the outside.

They have a huge selection of action figures, statues, used video games, retro video games, and, of course, comics. The comic room has a ton of back issues, organized primarily by publisher--Marvel, DC, and independent. There are also several random long boxes without labels, along with a table containing several boxes labeled "Keys." There were also 3-4 short boxes of "key issues" scattered around the checkout counter. Fair warning: these boxes aren't particularly organized. Saying they're "loosely alphabetized" would probably be giving them too much credit. That said, if you enjoy digging through boxes looking for hidden gems, this can be a fun place to treasure hunt--as long as you have the time and patience. I'm a Spawn collector, and the designated Spawn section only had a handful of issues. However, I ended up finding several more Spawn issues scattered throughout the "Key" boxes on the table in the back. I even found more in the "Key" boxes at the checkout counter. I think consolidating all of these boxes into one organized area would make the shopping experience much better. It's fun finding unexpected issues, but when you're specifically hunting for something, it can be frustrating when the boxes aren't organized or alphabetized. As for pricing, the comics are generally priced fairly. Some of the variants and key issues are priced a bit on the high side, though, so it's worth knowing your values before making a purchase. The back room also has a free-to-play arcade cabinet, which is a nice bonus and adds to the retro vibe. The staff was nice and very helpful, which made the visit even better. Overall, this is a great spot for collectors who enjoy the treasure-hunt experience. If you have some time to spend digging through boxes, you never know what you might uncover. Just be prepared to do some serious hunting! ‍

As others have noted - this is a pretty small store. It might be the smallest comic book store I've seen in the area. But - small is not necessarily a negative. They have a good selection of comics. They also have a small selection of D&D books and dice. HUGE used book store and well worth the drive!…read more Their trade in process was really straightforward - when you walk in there's a trade in counter where they ask you to put your books into bins. I had one large bag that I sorted between two bins, one for books and the other for single issue comics and DVDs/non-books. About 45 minutes later I got a text that my trade-in was ready. I came back to the same counter after browsing the store and they offered me in-store credit or a lower amount in cash. They also returned the items they didn't want and I had the option to take them with me or leave them as a donation. I think it was a fair deal for what I donated, and I opted for the in-store credit. The store has a great mix of used books, dvds, comics, vinyl, and more that's pretty well organized. I will say there's a fair amount of duplicates of certain titles and it was interesting that some were priced higher than others - so check all the labels! In general the prices were reasonable with a few exceptions - I saw a really worn copy of a new hardback that they were selling for the list price ($35!) even though it had been out long enough that other books sellers were discounting it already. But then I also got a box set of dvds for $10 and a bunch of kids books for $0.50-2.00. It was easy to spend that in-store credit!

I wish there were extra staff members to process your donations while you shopped so you could accept before leaving. Overall, a cool store.
