My family and I stopped by after having a fro-yo date next door and were BLOWN AWAY by how massive this store was...it truly was a collector's paradise! I had always thought the store was more geared towards sports memorabilia but there truly is a little something for everyone here. My children were enamored by their large Pokemon collection, my husband loved all the vintage comic books, and for me there was a section with old records to browse through. We easily blew through an hour looking at everything in the store and let me tell you... my children are not patient people. By the end of our visit we had to pick up some items to help build up my pre-schooler's budding Pokemon collection and something for big sis too. Located in an older strip mall in Annandale/Falls Church area off Gallows is a huge sports card/memorabilia shop. Not just cards, but all kinds of toys, memorabilia, comic books, Pokemon, Pop figures, bobbleheads, etc... old and new. They do buy collections from people who just want to get rid of stuff. They do have a lot of singles, high priced cards and memorabilia as well as Pokemon. Wax boxes, blasters, supplies, etc... as well. Since they are pretty big and the only sports card store in the immediate NOVA area, they are a certified Topps & Upper Deck dealer. So they do participate in big promotions & do giveaway cards & have experiences like sports athlete signings and even a Kevin Hart appearence. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices can be very extremely high on certain "hot" products but there are some products which are on par with other brick and mortar/online stores. Do your research. The staff was very helpful and they have a very large selection but when I opened two Pokémon packs of chilling reign within 5 mins of leaving the store I noticed they were resealed. I went back in to show the gentleman and left one half opened to prove it and both packs clearly had played cards and one pack had 12 cards and the other pack had 10 cards. I told him I was understanding because this haopens but I was disappointed when he didn't offer to replace my packs or give me a refund on the ones I had bought and not yet opened. New to the hobby and I had a real good friend of mine help give me an idea on pricing for the cards I have I went to this store looking to sell and the owner that handles the sports cards side of it was a total jerk. Mans told me "oh you have about 350 dollars worth of cards I can offer 110" all I needed to know to never go back here plus they had cards 3x 4x over comps. Like I said I'm new to the hobby I just started collecting in March I mentioned that to them. I went in acting like I had zero clue on the worth of the cards I had just to see if they were honest.... Stopped here while in the area for a convention. One member of our party, my friend and colleague Vog is a TCG guy and found us some card spots to hit to kill some time before dinner. Located in a strip mall, the amount of space here was immense. Store looked clean, laminate wood floor, large white Slatwall walls and center showcases. Walls were covered in everything from retro autos and memorabilia, to cards and packs. I really liked the variety of items from every era. However, the prices are more than 2x retail. And by retail I don't mean MSRP - I mean the market of the boxes and packs etc. Staff was nice, but the reselling using juiced prices is a little over the top. Just because rent went way up from a move doesn't mean that goes to the customer on items that they can find on the secondary market for way cheaper. read more

Do not go here if you are a new collector or someone selling their collection. They will buy your collection at 50% comps and mark up the resale to 150-175%. I was looking for base cards to get signed for my kids. The manager tried to sell me .50 paper cards for $5 each- total scumbag. Everything here is way overpriced including low grade and minimal value cards. Again, do not waste your time. read more

A pretty good selection of a variety of products, and pretty good overall on separation on team and sport for single cards (so it's easy to find what you want if you want to go that route). Also has a good selection of single packs (especially if you're looking for Topps stuff... less so on Panini). Service is generally good, even on mornings where you have a rush of people. Value's pretty good overall as well for product, and they're good about the MVP Buyback. Overall a great place to get cards, comics, and other great things. read more

As a big comic book fan, I'm always looking for places with great prices and quality , and this place definitely delivers on both. The $1 comics and penny cards (and the comics in general) are in amazing condition and the prices are honestly some of the best I've seen around. Whether you're into the classic stuff or more current series, they've got it all. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable they're always happy to chat about comics or help you with prices and give good discounts. It's one of those spots where you can lose track of time browsing, and every time I go, I find something new Can't recommend this place enough. It's become my go-to for all things comics and I would highly recommend going to this place for the price , quality and staff. Went looking for Pokemon booster packs and the prices were absolutely insane. In Feb 2025, they were selling 151 packs for $20 each and Surging Spark/Crown Zenith packs for $12 each!! I understand upcharging to compete with the current market, but that is priced way higher than it should be. You can find these packs at other local card stores for much better prices. I would avoid buying here because it seems they prey on people who are new to the hobby/know a little bit less about it. read more

1/29/22 Catwoman comics were really the only serious comic I collected. This Catwoman had a purple suit and used whip. She was my high school comic crush for a while. Until I learned how to talk to woman and stop being so nervous to talk to them. A skill harder to do at an all male school...at least at the time. These kind of thoughts ran through my head as I looked at comic book collections, Garbage and NFL Cards. The cost of collecting these cards can get expensive. I was under the impression you can trade stuff at this store, but it's only buy and sell. What you might get for a sell, I can't say. What you can do is play Magic The Gathering or some other kind of card or board games. There are a number of red tables and chairs in the second section of the store. More comics are also sold in this second part of the store. They seemed to be sold for a dollar each. It could be a temporary price sale. The bathrooms are located just past the red tables and chairs. The bathrooms ate unisex so pick whatever room you want. The bathroom floors needed a clean up from what I saw. A side from that everything else was fine. This store moved from its smaller location in the shopping center to a much bigger one. I think this new location is much better. read more

Just recently got back into collecting basketball cards and was needing some supplies and found this place. I've been to this place twice already and got to visit both the old location and the new location. Old location was a little cramped but the new one's layout is great. They had pretty much everything I needed and the two employees I talked to were very friendly and helpful. Only downsides were the prices of some of the items, mainly the top loaders and the blaster boxes I looked at were pretty high. I will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area to check out their singles and hopefully any new basketball stuff. read more

I understand a storefront can have high rent, and this store is quite large. Yet overall value, it's a tad expensive compared to what can be found on the net. Then again there are a lot of internet scams. Please make sure what you're getting is authentic. That's one thing you won't have to worry about here. Plus the personalized service helps a lot. I recommend not going to this store. They are not honest when it comes to trade and their showcase cards are often 2x or 3x the values I find online. I tried to trade in a bunch of solid bowman chrome college football cards and get a rather low offer. But I am back in the hobby after 3 decades and chalked it up to not knowing the industry. As I am still in the shop, they put one of the cards I just traded in for a couple of bucks and marked it for $50. Another one was put directly in their $10 bin of 'hot cards'. This was right in front of my face. Then I look at two cards in their showcase and quickly compare to recent online sales. One card price was over 2x the online value and the other 75% over online value. I showed them the comps and after a few minutes of him sputtering he agreed to take less. But it was a struggle since he told me they don't do discounts when using store credit. Wut? I understand they need to make money and that they are the only game in town. But unless you are going through their bargain bins, don't waste your time. Or come armed to the teeth with recent market data. Otherwise they will hose you on value. I was so excited to get back into the hobby again but these guys put a big damper on that. You are much better off shopping on eBay, Goldin or someone like Burbank Sports Cards online. read more
