And now that we are all trying to get back on our feet, this company is feeding its greed. They are losing clients quickly, and this is sorely deserved. Does he know that every customer complaint is not a "Karen" incident? When I dropped the car off for the installation I brought the bike rack and asked that they look at it to be certain that the correct hitch was being installed. The guy at the front desk assured me he would do so. When I returned to discuss the situation the installer was rude, told me to make an appointment if I wanted to talk to him, and kept repeating that I had signed the work order and it wasn't his responsibility to look at the bike rack or pay attention to customer concerns. I spent $265.00 for the job and simply asked that they pay for the $25 adaptor. We've purchased our bike rack and had another hitch put on another car but I don't think we'll return. While the woman at the front desk was professional, the installer was really rude.
