My screen was broken on my Chromebook and needed to be replaced. Kip provided excellent service and information, while he was fixing it he talked with me and was very personable. At first the new screen wouldn't turn on, he tried almost everything he knew but nothing could get it to work right. I eventually had to go back to my house to get the charging cable. When I came back we plugged my Chromebook in and it worked, he was also very informing when working on it. I would highly advise going to KEG Computer Repairs if your computer is broken.
