I explained to her that I'm fragile and tense up to rough touch. She was GREAT. Adjusted my back and did a heating treatment...she was very gentle. I felt AMAZING after the appointment. It's painful at times, for sure but cathartic in my case. From one session, she was able to give me a sense of clarity, both mental and muscular. I started the session with my left side much tighter than my right, evidenced by my left leg about half an inch shorter. By the end of the session, she worked it out so that they were even. I hope to come back yearly to see her. She's a national treasure!

Randy managed to work on my noted problem areas while completing a full body Swedish within the 60 minutes. He was not chatty, but checked in a few times which I appreciate. He has a good sense of pressure and corrected for some bilateral imbalance in tension, which many massage therapists do not do. Towards the end, warm towels were used on my back and legs to remove excess oil, and I was given a cloth after to remove any excess massage oil. After getting dressed Randy debriefed me on aligning my hip and gave some recommendations about switching sides while carrying my son to avoid imbalance. Overall I was very happy with the experience and would return. Massage is not something I often make time for, but the experience was both relaxing and physically therapeutic here. Well worth the time and expense. I would definitely recommend trying this place out. The only unfortunate part was that my husband was also given a Groupon and was told he could not use it because they moved locations. He had to have his sister call Groupon to reimburse.
