What do you do? Well, you can start with thanking God that Kate Fry is on your side. I ended up backing out of the deal and purchasing a different home but that's not what this review is about. This review is about the force that is Kate Fry with Everhart Studio Real Estate. This was all such a learning process for me and thanks to her, I was able to have it all broken down in Layman's terms for easier digestion. Kate and I hit it off and I think that's due in large part to her no-nonsense tactics that for a lack of better terms "get shit done" in a professional and prompt manner. I know I was definitely on the bottom of her totem pole as far as dinero to spend goes, but she never treated me any differently for it. She even took the time to meet with me in person to go through the mortgage documents step by step. Kate is especially knowledgeable in the downtown and historical home markets.
