Tom was flexible and worked hard to accommodate our ever-changing plans. We were in Texas the majority of the time, but he always kept us updated and on track. When we came to Indy, we had only 5 days from the time we found the home we wanted to put an offer in for to the time we were flying back to Texas, and Tom was able to start the negotiating process as well as set up a home inspection before we left. He and his team worked around our tight schedule, always making sure someone was available to show us properties or be there with us for the home inspection. He was constantly in contact with our lenders and with us, making sure that our loan was going through smoothly. When we found out Wells Fargo couldn't do the loan 1 week before we were scheduled to close, (loooooonnnng story, nothing to do with Tom of Indy Plus Realty Group or even WF, really just the huge careless mistake of one particular loan officer), Tom tried his hardest to accommodate us as we had already scheduled movers, trucks, etc. in order to drive up from Texas and move in on the original date.
