When I went in to make an appointment the girl at the desk was extremely pleasant and took the time to listen to what I wanted to have done. At the time of the actual appointment I arrived a few minutes early and was taken to have my hair washed straight away. The hairdresser was professional but easy going and chatty throughout the whole procedure and I ended up with a haircut that I absolutely loved. I think that the prices at Headmasters are very reasonable for the level of service that you get. It was quite obvious that the ladies that work there care about their clients a great deal.
