Everyone is always, always so pleasant, and very helpful starting with the staff member taking the phone call, to the office staff, to the nurse taking BP, etc., to the PA and to Dr. Button himself. I am retired military and wanted a physician closer to home. I always received excellent care at the military facilities and I assure you that I receive the same quality of care from Dr. Button and all of his staff. He is hands down the best dr I've personally ever had. He is a great listener, very friendly, he takes his time and is super knowledgeable. His medical assistant Susan is also fantastic. Any time I've had trouble with a referral or order she jumps right on it, communicates well throughout the process.

Staff are friendly and can get you checked in fairly quickly. A pro though are the doctors. Dr. Straight is straightforward but willing to answer any questions. He does take the time to understand his patients and can give them tje attention they need. He doesn't rush anyone, hence the reason for long waits at times. One con though is that you can be there awhile considering there are only two doctors at a given time. Also their hours are a little conky. I've seen their latest at 2 pm as the doctors are part time. I would only recommend of you can get on with them. Unfortunately they are not accepting new patients. Which sucks because they are good to have.

He is very personable and professional. Ginger runs the office and wow is she impressive. She has knowledge and experience in the chiropractic field which was key to me making my appointment with DC Family Chiropractic. My face was swollen and I was in so much pain my headaches caused blurry vision. I saw a female dentist and after the x-rays I was told it was too advanced to do anything and she just sent me on my way referring me to an oral surgeon. That oral surgeon called and couldn't get me in until September... Thought that was odd. I then called my original dentist, explained the emergent situation and they got me in, just a general dentist, and he solved the issue in about 20 minutes. Just kind of disappointed in that experience, made me very nervous and untrusting of this office.

The level of care is so amazing and detailed. The Dr listens to what you want and gives you what's he's thinking in the most non judgmental way. He's the only dentist that has never made me feel judged or pressured into care. The office staff are very nice (especially Lauren haha). I had a tooth pulled and the beginning processes of an implant and they made sure I was fully numbed and ready to go. This place has definitely been lowering my dental anxiety. I highly recommend
