Keith is very efficient capable plumber and has a very pleasant manner. I asked Keith to quote for a new shower pump and shower valve, re-grout 2 existing showers and to install a new bath. This was complicated as it required making space in the bathroom to fit a full size bath by moving the hot water cylinder and rebuilding the airing cupboard. I also wanted to reuse the existing tiles, thus saving on a retile and to keep all drains internal, to match the remainder of the house. Keith arrived on time and gave me a full written quote in two days. He had a very positive enthusiastic approach and good examples of previous work, so we gave him the job. He carried this approach into the execution of the job and he was a pleasure to work with. Keith sourced all the materials, and completed the job in a week. He engaged an excellent carpenter to rebuild and plaster the new airing cupboard. He arrived on time each day and left the house tidy each night. We were never without water. He completed the job for the price quoted and fixed a number of other plumbing problems we had like the installation of 2 new syphons and a new Torbeck valve in the toilets. Keith did not leave the job until we were fully satisfied with the finish and fully explained the operation of all the valves in the airing cupboard! I'm very pleased with the professional service from keith o Brien, we decided to upgrade our gas heating boiler as it was outdated and on it's last legs. Keith came and advised what was best to our requirements and gave us a price there and then which we were happy with. We had a guy out to look at the same job but was not a Registered gas installer so we would not go with him. I checked on the gas installer web site Keith's credentials and there was no problem he was listed so that gave us piece of mind.
