Jarrett stood behind his work for awhile, then told us to get it fixed by an expert at our own expense. So far we have paid in repairs the approximate cost of the initial installation. The repair expert has shown us the cheap elements used. We are so disappointed. Lesson learned.

We were happy with the stone walkways and grass/stone patio. However, despite MANY discussions, and despite having paid for a full blown design, Jarrett Jernigan has yet to give us the plants we were supposed to get. Our biggest mistake was doing this project when we still lived in Pennsylvania and could not supervise daily. Our plan called for about 250 shrubs/trees/ground cover and virtually no sod. We repeatedly told Jarrett we did not want to be cutting grass in our retirement. Instead We ended up with 30 shrubs- most very small instead of sizes specified and with no soil amendment that we could see ( no pile of dirt, empty bags etc). Several dead within 4 months. And a full yard of sodded grass, no trees, and a bill 50% higher than original quote. We met with Jarrett Jernigan of Century Scapes to try to resolve and his response? When we asked "where are our plants? He angrily responded "We are done here". He would not even discuss correcting this debacle. Now we are forced to hire another landscaper and try to get this done right.
