When you told me you e-mailed me the final invoice for the project, I told you I could not review it at that time. You insisted you had bills to pay and needed the remaining balance immediately. At a glance I did notice that you had only given me credit for $12,000 previously paid when in reality it was $14,000. You gave no explanation but did make the change. If I had had the time to review, I would have noted that you charged me for YOUR mistakes and redos to try to make the water feature operate properly. It was very clear after 6 weeks that you were way over your head. You did not have the resources or the skill set for this project. If I was happy when you left it was because I would not be having someone run over my sprinkler heads, take out my irrigation piping, sever internet cable, run your equipment into my brand new fence and drip oil all over my driveway. You have got to be kidding if you think I want you to come back for further damage to my property!

They also sell vegetable plants, and other goodies in spring. If you want big juicy heirloom tomatoes or banana peppers this is the place to go! There are also often crafts and other items for sale as well, I got the cutest handmade scarf for fall while I was there. For those in the know, they also sell collector rocks, minerals, and seashells too! I know I am raving, but I love quaint places like this, especially because their prices are so good. PLEASE NOTE As this is a Mom and Pop operation it is best to call, email, or facebook before going if you are driving a long way. They are a little ways out there, but it is hard to miss all the day lilies in bloom when you drive past! They ship their flowers all around the US too, which I like as I can send them as gifts. Alex is the consummate professional AND tons of fun…read more I loved being able to physically move the demo lights around and try different layouts. The finished design looks AMAZING. When I asked Alex at Bright Exteriors if he was up to surprising my husband with a lighting demo, he was all in. I worked out a date night with the hubby and while we were out, Alex set everything up. When we pulled up to the Bright Exteriors demo, my husband's surprise was genuine and delighted! Alex's demo is amazing, we had the ability to move and adjust all of the lighting elements, and light different areas of the house and yard, just to see what it would look like. Alex was incredibly enthusiastic to hear our ideas and try anything. Our happiness was his number one priority, and it was So. Much. Fun. Alex has a great eye for lighting design, and it wasn't long before we had the perfect layout. The installation was professional, we love the fixtures (Bright Exteriors has several options to choose from), and the end result makes such a difference in the look of our house.
