As it sits, today on August 9, she has not received a return for last year's taxes. Because apparently they were never submitted. While we are at it, according to the IRS's records, the ones from 2016 weren't submitted until June and the ones from 2017 weren't submitted May. When you pay for a service such as this, there is a certain expectation of quality and that has certainly not been met. On top of all of this, Pam is impossible to reach by phone; numerous calls have been sent straight to voicemail (which is full) and not returned. Texts are a better way to get a response, and at this point probably better so we have things in writing with dates and time stamps. Pam has offered nothing in the way of explanation, restitution, or apology. This place is shady, to say the least.
