These people are fantastic. They always accept my difficulty. They installed a new engine for us and a month later installed a failed alternator and battery. They are very prompt. I even stopped by with a minor problem and they stopped what they were doing and resolved my problem and they turned down the $50 I offered for fixing it . Got my brakes done here. They wanted to charge me $500 for pads and rotors on the front. Drums and pads on the back. That was rediculous in price. They overcharged for labor. I'd go to the dealer if I wanted to pay dealer prices. I had a friend get some work done here and when they got done with his car it ran worse than it came in. They lied during the whole process. The first lie was they said they had to cut the timing belt to get to the parts that needed to be fixed, and it turned out they had not cut the belt. Also, they kept saying it would be done by a certain time, only to be put off time and time again. When my husband got the truck back the motor was knocking. He took it back a second time (Less than a week later) to get that looked at. They told him the knocking was normal and they didn't see any smoke(One of the complaints). I know for a fact it smoked every time it was cranked. We had suspicions that it had not even been driven because one of the days it was supposedly driven it had rained, and some how the ground under the truck was still dry. Also the truck always looked to be in the exact same spot. One night my husband told me to put a penny on the tire. The next day, after my husband was told it had been driven again that day, I checked and the penny was still on the tire. After much arguing the mechanic finally admitted he had lied and it had not been driven. That mechanic there can not be trusted. read more
