I didn't buy them to look at they are for sitting on..so right now I'm stuck with a badly pilling sofa. Buoyant said it's Clayton's problem, Clayton say Buoyant tested the fabric so it doesn't pill. So now I'm having to pay for independent testing from my own pocket. The sofa looks older than my old one I changed it for. It's so depressing and demoralising. They keep fobbing me off. Please do not trust these people they were lovely whenthey were taking my money..now theres a real issue , it's nothing to do with them When the Homeserve guy came out it was bad enough..now it's an absolute disgrace and it's 5 months old

The staff were most helpful in pointing out all the options and agreed to deliver it the following Tuesday for asslemby on Thursday, allowing me 2 days paint the back and side with preservative. They turned up as arranged on both occasions. The quality of the shed is excellent and the friendly staff put it up in no time. Brilliant! Highly recommended.

I ordered a garden shed; although I…read moreemailed their office a complete map and instructions of how to get to our home, the deliverymen were incapable of finding it. I had to walk to the local pub on foot and direct them to our house. Secondly, they attempted to convince me that I did not need the shed levelled, despite the fact I had paid the firm extra for a wooden base to rest the shed upon. They did not bring any materials for levelling, so used bits of wood and old bricks from my garden which were not stacked evenly. not surprisingly, two months after it was installed, the shed slid off the foundations. When I contacted the owners, they couldn't be bothered to put it right, and now I will have to take them to small claims court, and get a separate contractor to right the mess they made. I paid extra for the shed to support local business and get proper customer service. Absolutely not worth it in this case. Save your money and go with a national firm.
