Their pricing was fair and since the work is done entirely by the daughters of the owner there's a high level of workmanship and attention to detail in each job. The area that drastically needs improvement is their communication and commitment to staying on schedule BEFORE the job is started. Maybe it's just a matter of being better organized. You have to "pester" them to get back to you or to remember estimate appointments. I'm willing to overlook this because this crew of gals are easy to work with and their work ethic strong, but as an outsider experiencing this firsthand I could see how they would lose jobs. I have also recommended them to several friends but was first quick to explain that patience and persistence is required. Everyone I referred to them also had good experiences with the quality of work. With this being said I've been waiting since Feb 2012 for them to come look at a job that was rescheduled several times last year. We hired VZ Painting LLC to paint two rooms in our home. A sunroom that had new dry wall ceiling…read morerestoration which required painting and a family room that was being turned into a study. Both rooms had their challenges. The sunroom had a vaulted, cathedral ceiling while the other room was previously our daughter's room which had been originally painted entirely in purple. Light purple walls, purple base boards and purple window frames. The attached photo of the new study shows the conversion from "all purple" to VZ Painting's finished work. VZ Painting also did a great job matching the winter green color of the window frames to what they are in the rest of the house. They genuinely took care in making sure everything was done right.
