I cannot recommend this law firm highly enough if you are fighting for your Social Security and/or veterans disability. I was recommended through a school friend Ryan Johnson to Attorney Nick Lavella. Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. Additionally, as our administrative hearing became closer they spent hours of their time working with me on prep. Thusly, I felt prepared when the hearing finally happened. Although I had pretty low chances of winning, due to being under 50 the finding was favorable, and I am unbelievably relieved. This win will allow me to have a better quality of life and take care of my young children without great stress. I cannot over recommend the Social Security disability portion of Keller and Keller. Thank you so much Nick and Theresa Diaz!! Although they do take a chunk, the federal government puts a cap on how much the law firm gets so you don't have to worry about the value aspect. I spoke with Keller & Keller about potentially representing me after I experienced a violent assault at Taco Bell, which fractured my eye socket. The woman I spoke with informed me that they could not take my case because they only handle "accidents and personal injuries". I stated, "Well, there was a personal injury," to which she coldly responded, "But there wasn't an accident." So if I'd been hit by a car instead of a fist, I'd have a case? For some reason, after saying they would not take my case, the lady transferred me to someone named Justin who was even more asinine. He mocked me for even calling them. He said, "You can't hold a business responsible for the behavior of a customer!" About this, he was completely wrong, and when I described a scenario in which a business could be held accountable, he conceded that I was correct. He proceeded to recommend that I contact all the surrounding businesses and request their surveillance video to see if I can identify the assailant that way. Well Justin, maybe lawyers can get their hands on surveillance video, but I assure you that I would be laughed at if I started contacting local businesses demanding their security tapes. My call to Keller & Keller was an absolute waste of time. The call was also insulting and the people I spoke to were condescending. Moreover, the information they provided me was either incorrect or confusing. Their website says they help "injured people," but they would not help THIS injured person. Perhaps they are unaware that not all injuries occur by accident, or maybe they are just arrogant jerks, but there are DEFINITELY better lawyers in the world. Hello, my name is Don Rafferty. I moved to Indianapolis four years ago desolate, physically broken down, no income or money and living with my brother who helped me with shelter and food until I could get on my feet. Keller and Keller was a Godsend to me. In, September 2018 I was almost killed by a semi truck and was injured badly. The firm I hired didn't do their job. After a few days of negotiations they told me take the money offered or find a new law firm. I contacted Keller and Keller, laid out my claim and what happened with other firm. They took my case. The difference was night and day. They stayed in contact with me every month as they finished the job my other law firm failed to complete. They explained everything along the way. My wife and I worked with Justin Schneider at Keller & Keller. We were rear ended with no one around while sitting at a stop light. The insurance company wanted to pay very little for us to get checked out, as well as offering very little to settle. My advice to anyone that was anywhere from slightly injured to very serious injuries or worse to contact Justin at Keller & Keller. It is just such a tough chore for a non attorney to battle it out with the insurance company. Our case took probably close to a year and a half to settle, and that was only because through Justin's guidance he knew the insurance company was not doing their best. November 2015. I was in a horrible accident. No fault of my own. I have great insurance. But this was a bad one. I was hurt. Car totally done. Hospital in ambulance. My daughter was in a devastating car accident 2 years ago. She was a passenger in her friend's car.
