Do not trust this company! My mom paid Mike Trainor for a job that was never complete. After giving him the down payment, she had to contact him multiple times to come start the job and to finish it. They never completed it, and the porch roof continues to leak. She has made many attempts to contact them via text, phone calls, emails, and certified mail, and all correspondence is ignored. Cape May Consumer Affairs contacted Mike Trainor on her behalf, but they ultimately suggested that my mom sue them when that attempt went unanswered.
