They want you to have a drink so they can keep you there longer so the owner can pay for his new bmw. They don't tell you that you have to pay for the urinalysis. They tell you that they don't think you have a problem but then they consult with the owner. And all of a sudden you have a problem. They will drag this out as long as they can to destroy you financially. And when you have an appointment and your counselor isn't there, they don't cancel. They still make you show up just to bullshit. Happened to me twice. Two appointments that were a waste of time and gas. They don't care about you all they care about is the money they can get out of you. I know first hand, I have to file bankruptcy because of these clowns. Way to extensive for a first offense. They dig into your personal life and turn it against you and brain wash you into thinking you have a problem and treat you like a a piece of garbage. So if you have to go to ACT class choose another clinic, because you will be broke and miserable at this one. If there was a negative rating I would rate it that way.

My 1st office visit was with Stacia, PAC, to review my MRI. She was very knowledgeable but patient while explaining the MRI, answering our many questions, all while I had a crying spell/melt down, not wanting to hear the truth! Stacia is a true professional, yet kind and understanding! My next appointment was with Dr.Driver. He is very comfortable to talk with, answering our questions professionally, yet clearly, in layman's terms. He explained clearly all of my opinions, giving my husband and I the comfort needed to decide on cervical spine surgery as my journey. I have not had my surgery yet, I will come back to review my actual surgery experience. As of right now, I highly recommend this group!

Came here to get a nerve conduction test for my husband for his hand numbness. We filled out the…read morepaperwork and was almost immediately ushered into a room for his test. The room was very warm as they had a small heater on the floor but the doctor explained to us that the test works better at about 82* in the room. The doctor was very explanatory and kind and apologized for any discomfort he may have from the needles in this test. The staff was very friendly and the office was clean and nice.

From dementia...to autism...to leukemia...to therapy recommendations...to diabetes...to prostate cancer...to epileptic seizures...to sports physicals...dermatology...and a little bit of everything else in between. He responds quickly, and the Patient Portal is a wonderful and efficient tool available to any patient, or their essential caregiver. He asks thoughtful questions and truly LISTENS to your answers. He isn't writing all the time like physicians of the past! It's so refreshing. I never feel rushed, or that I have to hurry to find the right words. Our appointments are always on time, and the waiting room isn't packed. I've often wondered how they stagger their appointments so well. Dr Hipolito is the sole, continual thread in our family's care, and it gives me complete peace of mind that I don't have to re-create history when we go in. He just KNOWS us. I've been to a few different plunge , infrared sauna spas and this one is hands down and by far the best. The owner and staff are always responsive for those last minute appointment requests, and are so friendly when you arrive. You're given hydrogen infused water for before and during the sauna, to maintain hydration and the space is incredibly well kept. If you wish, you can watch tv during your sauna time, you can read the books that are offered , bring your own OR workout with their weights. After a workout in the sauna and you're feeling that 150 degree heat, step out and give a couple of minutes in the plunge bath, then head back in to the sauna. Amazing duo. I've included some pictures because from day 1 I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend this place 100 times over. I've slept better, I'm more relaxed, and I feel detoxed. I am not surprised to see that once again Whitefish physical therapy was awarded some of the highest ratings by the population of the Flathead Valley with personal accolades for several of the therapists. The owner of the facility, Scott Ruta was voted the best physical therapist in the valley. I can personally say this is not only due to the skill in which they perform their treatments , but also in the personal support that you get while you are dealing with an often painful issue. They take the time to explain exactly what is occurring with your issue so that you can focus on your personal rehab when you are not at the facility. All you have to do to achieve the most success is follow their exercise instructions diligently.
