I've been to a few different plunge , infrared sauna spas and this one is hands down and by far the best. The owner and staff are always responsive for those last minute appointment requests, and are so friendly when you arrive. You're given hydrogen infused water for before and during the sauna, to maintain hydration and the space is incredibly well kept. If you wish, you can watch tv during your sauna time, you can read the books that are offered , bring your own OR workout with their weights. After a workout in the sauna and you're feeling that 150 degree heat, step out and give a couple of minutes in the plunge bath, then head back in to the sauna. Amazing duo. I've included some pictures because from day 1 I was thoroughly impressed and would recommend this place 100 times over. I've slept better, I'm more relaxed, and I feel detoxed.
