So this strict 15 minute schedule back to back appointments does not appear to be truthful. I was told that there was a patient already back there. So they must've been the 11 o'clock and they went back early. Came out at 11 minutes after 11. The 11:15 apt did not arrive. I waited until 11:25. No next patient arrived. They are lying and at the expense of my 92 yo father. I also Asked to speak to the office manager, and she conveniently was not in this office location on this date. He did not try to upsell me into services but he did take the time to explain my options and the benefits of the treatments. Because he was so gentle and caring, I did opt for orthotics and they have been a blessing to me. The orthotic fit like a glove and they are made out of premium materials very durable. I move them from gardening shoes, to running shoes and my office loafers with ease. they have a great selection of footwear for all seasons. I followed Dr. Bouraee's instructions and I'm happy to say that the healing is ongoing but I am back to walking on the treadmill at the same rate as before the operation and now I am able to wear the shoes of my choice. She stated that if I did ice or frozen peas 1/2 hour on and a 1/2 hour off the entire day that it would only help the healing process in the long run.
