It was rather sad to hear these people say that they are perfectly fine with leaving someone out in the cold for not wanting to provide credit card numbers over the phone. PAY FIRST ! What if your purse or wallet is locked in the car ? They said they wouldn't unlock anyone who doesn't PAY FIRST despite having the form of payment in the car that they are unlocking, on top of that they make them sign a liability agreement that if they are unable to unlock or they damage your car they are not to be held liable! What a joke ! Good business to avoid in the future for myself and for anyone looking to be treated as a customer and not just a walking dollar sign.

Adjustable bed has a broken leg and the power cord and remote are missing. Clips that hold queen-size bed frame One Leg off my cutting board New computer was stored in box facedown. Now has a resolution issue and cannot be updated. Professional computer repair person says graphic card bad due to improper storage. He is also missing an HDMI cable and power cord for it. My new broom and dust pan are missing. Roku remote from the TV in my bedroom is missing. Crushed litterbox PS3 is broken The baking sheet and cookie press we inherited from my grandmother are gone. so are her trivets and potholders PS3 broken Plunger Tupperware/plastic storage All the curtains and rods from upstairs are missing. After my Mom said she wouldn't sign off that we'd received everything back she was told that not signing would have them billing her for thousands of dollars. So to try and put this experience behind us, she took the $500 they offered. The deal was she'd sign and they'd FedEx the check. We are still waiting. If they ever actually fulfill their side of this agreement, I will update. At this point it's been over a week. My advice to you is that during what will be a very stressful time, you make a point to be there when Service Master by Holobinko packs your stuff, numbering every box before they remove it. Then you'll have an idea what you are missing when without having to go through every box. And if anything you own matters to you, store it yourself. Last thing you want to do is find your mom crying in the kitchen over missing heirlooms.

Soo their realtor left and said sadly no one came. Two hours later at the original time several people showed up at our house, so we had to show our own house with no realtor support. They didn't offer to help stage the house even though they talked about it when they first came to see our house. Instead they suggested I get my girlfriend to help me!!! When the house was sold we discovered that we weren't getting back $550 in propane because it wasn't listed in the contract. They said oh we don't deal with those things!! Really, cause as our representative they should have. We had no idea that the real estate laws had changed since the last time we had sold a home . Then, the day before closing they are calling to say we didn't disclose our second mortgage. We had actually visited their office to make sure they had our second mortgage information, but in adding the second mortgage they erased the information for the first mortgage and couldn't find that information. Again, they deflected all resonsibility and offered no apology. Everyone else made all of these mistakes they said. They are never wrong, and they never apologize. The day of closing we had to put $750 in an escrow acct. for a minor repair. They gave us the buyers agent's number to deal with directly. After all they got their money, they were done. They never contacted us to remind us we only had a week to repair the issue, or to see if we got our money back. Our friend fixed the problem for $10. They are all about their money and really don't care much about yours!!
