Josh walked the area with me and explained what he would be doing. After confirming the issue he proceeded to seal off the area that he'd be working in and started working. After 2 days he cleaned up and I was ready to get in and put new Sheetrock up. I did find a little more while working on an area and contacted Josh who coordinated with Phill to stop by and check. He arrived the next day and not only took care of what I found but opened up a wider area and treated that was well to give me peace of mind.
