They covered our utilities and trash, but multiple times they were turn off or trash cans taken (assuming they don't pay the bill). They did not respond to any maintenance requests, let the grass grow to my knees and tried to deny my deposit back simply because I didn't give thirty days notice that I was vacating the property. I gave a 55 days notice. They have no clue what's going on with any of their properties and couldn't care less. Their properties are poorly marinated and overpriced. If I could give 0 stars I would.
