He got in touch with me shortly after and I told him that we were in no position to purchase a rental home at this time and I was simply browsing. He asked if he could check back with me in 6 months. He has regularly checked back with me even though we were not in a financial position to begin investing. He sends me houses on email(not overkill) and has given me the name and number of the company that they partner with for funding options. They speak well of him and I will be getting with them for possible refinancing of our current home and pre approval game plan for our future rental home. Today when speaking with him, I told him that I felt like I was "leading him on" as I have a dear friend who has been my real estate agent for years. This company will lie to you and the other party to make a deal. They are not professional nor did they give us valuable consulting. They kept trying to push us to sign documents on end of occupancy date for 2 weeks without giving us a closing date. When we finally did sign, they threatened to move the closing date further back but tied is to the closing date still or else get taken to court. I highly suggest staying away from AndrewRealty!
