I explained my situation but again she called her "Good arbitrator friend" who threaten monetary sanctions against me if i didn't sign the documents. I rented (a house that was in terrible condition) from them and got absolutely ZERO maintenance support (and used my own time and money to make critical repairs) then when I was moving out (and buying a house) they tried to charge me for EVERYTHING that was wrong with the house!!! I told them I wanted my full deposit back and they lowered the cost several times (citing unrelated parts of the lease) and I finally settled and just let it go. They still made out like bandits and I should have taken them to small claims court. At the same time, I was looking for houses with a second Coldwell Banker Weird Manuel realtor who wouldn't do anything. He was impossible to get ahold of, I did all the research and found all the houses, the only houses he wanted to show me were super-expensive, and when it came time to buy and I asked for input, he said, "we could try whatever you want :)" To top it off, I later found out that he lied to me and a lot of houses he could get me into were still on the market even though he said they were sold. They probably just weren't expensive enough for his liking. When I went to another realtor (Real Estate One) they showed me so many houses, did a thorough market analysis, negotiated for me like crazy, and got me a much better deal than I could have ever gotten on my own. THAT is how a realtor should work for a buyer! PS-I've tried making a very very long story short and they screwed me over in soooo many ways I can't possibly list them all here.
