Recently acquired their services for property management for a home we own in Coolidge AZ. Despite…read morethem being very optimistic about renting out the home fast the home ended up vacant for more than 2 1/2 months. The vacancy I can understand but the lack of communication is very disheartening. Karen would never return my calls and Susan, while slightly better at returning calls, was not as responsive as I would have hoped for. After 2 1/2 months of trying to get a tenant they almost had a tenant that ended up falling through. I ultimately went with another property management company. It's a shame because they had been recommended by a friend.
