I have dealt with 2 in my lifetime, now I can say there is a 3rd Christina Vallianos with the sweet team at Keller Williams! She literally had us going to all the retirement communities in Lakeland, Tampa and Sun City till we found just the right property for my mother in Sun City Center! We did everything over the phone from Chicago and Christina always had our best interest at hand! I need to tell you that she went way beyond the scope of her job duties to make my mother happy and I can honestly say she is a genuine caring person that puts her customers before her own needs! Off the charts recommend this amazing woman!

We can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home. *Sell a Home* When it's time to move, you need someone who will advertise your home, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. We can take care of everything you need, from start to close. *Consult on Home Selling Tactics* Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. We can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making repairs or minor improvements, or even simply painting the walls can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast.

If I could leave a zero star it would be that! We recently did a refinance on our home and was told…read moreto use this title company. From the start there was little to no communication at all. If there was information we needed to know, we had to call. After our closing we were told on Friday 7/10/26 (when we called) that our payout would be that day and that our debts would be paid off that day or Monday 7/13/26 at the latest. We turned off all automatic payments as that's what they said to do. Come that Monday afternoon we were thinking all of it was taking care of but the calls started from companies due to no payment being received. I called again on Monday and was told that payments were not made due to them not having correct information (which they were sent). When I spoke to the person responsible for making those payments she was very rude and said that the payout was being mailed to us for us to make those payments. We were told and signed papers stating that they would handle all of that because the loan we had required them to do it. Come that afternoon we received the fedex and there were multiple checks to each company that they expected us to mail out. We called back and explained to them that this was not how it was suppose to be and now we have late payments and interest fees that we now owe due to them not being paid on the 10th like they were suppose to be. Her response was well there was an email that was sent out explaining this to you. I let her know that it should've been a call made and she said that's what the email was sent for. I never received an email nor did my husband. Turns out it was sent to the wrong email. She finally sent an email to my husband which is how we figured out she had my email wrong because she didn't fully read the email address that was copied from another email sent. I emailed her letting her know that's why it was never received and never once did even attempt to apologize or make anything right with any of this. She said she would call the companies and see if they would accept overnight payments and then sent another email to my husband stating they all did have over night addresses so she would handle that. Its now 7/16/26 and we still are waiting on those payments to be made. Never again will I ever send anyone to this company to do title services. We now have hundreds of dollars extra that we owe due to this companies screw up.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I urge you to not rent any home from this company…read more They are the most unprofessional property management business that I've ever had the displeasure to do business with. I rented an apartment in Oct. 2014 and the afternoon that I got the keys, (move in was the next day) I went to the apartment to get measurements, etc. and the place was not cleaned. The previous tenants had moved out 2 weeks prior and Kelley Blackburn could not make the time to go over and do a final walk-through before renting the place to me. To make it worse, she decided to go on vacation and wasn't even here for me deal with her in this matter. So.. I had to deal with the mother Judy Vogel. The next day, (move in day) Judy was to come to the apartment to see what the problem was. Mind you, this is the day I am supposed to be moving, had the truck, had the help, everything. She didn't make it to the apartment until @10:30 in the morning. When she walked in, she said, "Well it's not filthy." There was dirt and dust all over the baseboards, the ceiling fan had about 2 inches of dust on the blades, the walls had places that touch up paint was applied but it was a significant difference in the paint on the wall, so there were just dark splotches of paint. The spare room walls were written on, the toilets were black inside, the foyer tiles were literally broken in two piece where you could just lift it out. (I viewed this apartment while the previous tenants were still there so I wasn't able to comfortably check the place out.) Judy said she could send someone out the clean it but it might be a couple days before they got there. THIS IS MY MOVE IN DAY. She had no sense of urgency, did not care at all about the things I had planned. So I did what I had to do and accepted a "credit" of $400. When I asked about the tile being fixed, I was told that it was just normal wear and tear and that the owner would not pay to have it fixed it. Kelley also then told me that the owner has to come out of pocket every month for the mortgage because the $950 they were charging me did not cover the monthly payment. That would have been very useful information prior to my signing a lease. Nothing was fixed the entire time I lived here. I informed them the ice maker had stopped working, and did they send someone out? Of course not. Upon my leaving, and I did complete my lease and I paid in full and on time every single month, I was told that I had to have the carpets professionally cleaned. Now, in the lease, it states that there is a MINIMUM $250.00 cleaning fee. No matter what, you will not get this back. Though Judy did tell me (while signing the lease) that if the place was clean when I left, they would not keep that. This was a lie. I left the place cleaner than what I got it, I cleaned everything. The only thing I did not do was have the carpets cleaned because I figured since they are keeping $250 anyways, they can use that for the carpets. Well.. I get a letter stating that they are keeping $520 of my deposit. When I called to discuss this, and yes I was livid, the only thing Judy would say was that I WOULD NOT be getting my entire deposit back, and she denied ever telling me that they would consider not keeping the $250. I know this is an extremely long review but this is not even all of the issues I've had to deal with. I hope this helps someone else from being screwed over in so many ways. These people lie and do not do what they're supposed to do but since they have your money, you have no choice in what they decide to keep, even if it is for a BS reason.
