Eric truly knows his stuff and when he says that he wants to make sure you have a smooth process he truly means it. Eric was on top of everything 100% of the time making sure that we knew what to expect before it happened. One thing I notice about Eric is that the he does everything on the up and up. He always makes sure that everybody involved knows everything to the best of his knowledge. You can tell that he is not just out for a quick transaction, and that he wants you to truly find the home/property that you are looking for. When it seems like there are a lot of other realtors out there that are willing to sell anything to anyone, it is nice to find a realtor that cares about his clients more than himself.
