The thing is, Todd, the lowlife coward that he is, couldn't come to me as a man and tell us we had to move. Not only that, only 28 days. So this piece of garbage Todd threw out a 67 year old women out of her house after 20 years with only a 28 day notice. It is September 7th 2026, the house is still empty. Starting with Dan Thelen, he provided all options and cost of product details. There were no surprises. The install crew I understand has been with Total Exteriors from the start. The day of my roof installation Zion and the install crew showed up well before the planned start time and rocked it out. Their attention to detail, teamwork and final cleanup was more than what I expected and exceeded the experience that I had 23 years ago with a previous roofing company. The next day the crew returned for gutter and downspout installation. Also, I'd like to give a shout out to Jason who takes quality to the next level. Great job! My new roof looks great.
