When she got out of her car, and I noticed she began to walk in a direction away from my business, I asked her why she would park in front of my business when it was obvious she wasn't coming into my business. Her response was to cuss me out. She was parked for significantly longer than the allotted 15 minutes. A few hours later, she left a 1-star Google review online for my business, even though she wasn't a customer. CONSUMERS BEWARE: If you need a realtor, choose one who is unlike Alice Hu, since she doesn't comply with parking signs, shows disrespect toward the neighbors of the properties she shows and is retaliatory if you point out her shortcomings!

When my first bid turned into a short sale, Kelly was willing to work with the bank and the incompetent seller's realtor for months before I was forced to back out due to inspections. Ultimately, my process of buying a house was not smooth... at all... by no fault of Kelly's, yet she was willing to help me make informed and intelligent decisions. I was repeatedly impressed that Kelly never forced her opinions onto me and only offered them when I asked, yet those opinions were ALWAYS outstanding. By June, I had NOT heard from John at all (not even an email stating I was still on his radar). When I phoned him, I had to refresh his memory as to who I am and what I'm looking for. Therefore, those 3 months were wasted on this realtor, as it was obvious he wasn't searching for a suitable property for me to buy. To add fuel to the fire, in the end of that phone conversation, he told me to let him know if I found a property on my own so that he could schedule a tour. WHAT???? You want ME to do the leg work in finding the property so that all you have to do to collect your commission is to give me a tour???? John has got to be one of the laziest realtors I've ever dealt with. In calling his boss, Erik Hoferer, after my conversation with John to complain about him, Erik did not apologize to me, nor did he offer to find a property for me. It appears that apathy is a culture within this company. Sad....very sad~!
